The DVT-4 Filmmaker is designed for larger configurations of the AG-3DA1or when you simply want a larger volume case to accommodate a larger kit of accessories. The Filmmaker case gives you a high level of protection for your delicate equipment in a soft field case. Giving the camera its’ own space and stowing accessories away from the camera prevents the possibility of migration of loose parts around the camera and lens. Additional features on the new DVT- 4U but not on the DVT-3 include: brushed nickel hardware, camera tie-down, and heavy duty shoulder strap/harness (STR-2). Shoulder Pad is 3.25”W X 12”L 9oz leather to support the weight, laminated to grippy neoprene so it stays put. The Harness has a chest strap easily converting the strap so you can truly use your hands for other things besides constant re-adjustment. With chest strap in place, the strap can’t come off your shoulder until you are ready to take it off. The interior of the main compartment is L20.5” x H11.25” x W8.5”. Extra width is provided to allow for large sunscreens and most matte boxes. Outside pockets have larger capacity than the DVT-3 ; the largest pocket is fully padded and segmented to protect and organize delicate accessories. Pockets have YKK

zipper closings so you can properly secure contents. The case features an adjustable camera cradle that sticks to the bottom of the case with hook and loop to isolate the camera and helps to prevent damage resulting from the camera shifting or fishtailing in transport. An adjustable tie-down (see detail) is sewn into the bottom of the case to give it a positive grip on your equipment for travel. It is adjustable and removable. All pockets have storm flaps to protect zippers against abrasion, and protect contents from dust and soggy weather. Storm flaps are designed to fold out of the way for easy zipper operation.  We add gussets to compartments where needed so your valuables won’t fall out when fully unzipped. Even our zipper pulls give you more leverage and work better when wearing gloves.  Outside fabric is 1000 Denier Nylon Cordura™ with a waterproof coating for a tough exterior. The soft inner nylon lining is durable, light in color, easy to clean, and will not produce or capture lint or dust. The case has rubber feet to add cushioning, reduce wear, and help keep your equipment out of the mud. Hand grips and shoulder pad are in smooth tanned leather for lasting durability, good looks, and comfort. (For smaller case option see DVT-3) .
